I would like to share my experience with fellow players who like to raid in the arena and instancing while have no financial responsibility. Since I have been in WOW for nearly 3 years, I will introduce some places many people usually haunted. Hope that will be helpful for you since you can solo every place I will introduce for no more than 1 hour and get what your need for your medicine and jewels.
The best places for field solo and its main production:
The first place is the mountain in the back of Sha'tar shrine in the Shadowmoon Valley. The main production there is the primal air.
The place here boasts of many advantages with the small amount of people and you can farm fast here. Usually you will get 5 primal air within 1 hour here. Besides, you will get some primal byproducts, such as some prescriptions, mines, herbs, even some jewels and ores. The primal demons usually dwell either in the back of the mountain or in the right side of Sha'tar shrine. You can farm either of the two places as long as there are no demons around you. Stay away from the demons near the cliffs since they are a little bit to handle with.
Here I have got three ingredients for crafting blue jewels and lots of green fit. This may vary from people to people and luck to luck.
The second place is the army camp behind the Shadowmoon Valley, which is filled up with Hell Fire. The main production there is The Aldor reputation.
The place also boasts of its small amount of players. The reason may lie in the incomparable fast speed in the attacks, which can be rated as the fastest one among the outland. There will be 3 to 4 wizard demons around every column. Kill them and get the reputation materials, such as the badges and Fel energy. Remember here to dodge the demon that will render your failure to anti-attack.
I have got my arcane reputation leveled and by the way I obtained the purple crafting prescription. And in my spare time, I will go to raid the demons there.
The third place is the Terokkar Forest, with the production of primal water.
You will be lured with the numerous water elementals here instead of primal water. Just 20 minutes' attack will ensure your day's costs, such as the cost to fix your gears, by water and something like this. If you want to take away some herbs, you should pay attention to the elite trees along the coast. Kill it and you will be rewarded with primal life and Black Lotus etc, which will bring you more wealth.
