Level 80 already? If you are play Wrath of the Lich King, do you know how to do it till now? Do you want to find out more about the Wrath of the Lich King Strategy Guide called Wotlk Secrets? This is the name of the new guide that has been created to cover all the best strategies needed for the Wrath of the Lich King Expansion pack. Initially I was planning to finish reading the guide in one day and then provide my evaluation on it. However, this guide is really long and comprehensive and contains a little over 250 pages. It took more than 2 nights for me to finish reading and digesting all the information.
Wotlk Secrets is a very complete guide on the Wrath of the Lich King. It has a full suite of strategies that I have learned to master instances, professions, new raids, a full list of all the things that I will encounter and the potential problems I will face in the game and how to get around them in the fastest time possible. The most important part of Wotlk Secrets is where the author reveals the shortest possible leveling path in Northrend. I am very pleased with the clarity and depth written in this section, and I am very excited to start using these strategies in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
But do you know how to make gold in Wrath of the Lich King? When you reach Northrend, the first question you will likely have once you get your bearings straight is where to go to start making gold. It is usually what most people want to know. There are always a few very particular ways to make gold following a new expansion that only work for so long as well as a few ways to make gold that will probably develop over time. If any of you can remember back as far as WoW Pre-Burning Crusade, recall how much the inflation burst up in that two month period. Where before you could brag about having 1,000-2,000 gold on standby, it became a laugh to only have 1,000 gold after you hit Level 70. Just grinding your way through solo quests to 70 would get you 1,000 gold and that wasn't counting all the new stuff that sold for so much.
In Wrath of the Lich King, the effect has yet to be fully seen, but to give you an idea of what the inflation may settle at, stacks of Peacebloom started selling for over 22 gold each the days after the 3 0 2 patch hit and didn't level off for more than two weeks The volume of gold in banks and the volume of gold required to accomplish new things (15,000 for an Ice Mammoth anyone?) is making it so that having 5 000 gold is going to be chump change We'll see by how much of an effect this actually happens, but it is likely to be one heck of a jump.
Happy new year! Hope you can be rich in 2009!
