It is better for you to make sure that you don't choose the wrong one because it is incredibly difficult, time consuming, and expensive to change your reputation later.

For those who decide to choose to go with Aldor, here is your mini guide to raising your reputation with them as well as the inscriptions that they offer and the perks that different professions get with this side.
Since the Aldor is an ancient order, almost every player will start out as neutral with them, but most Blood Elf players will start out hostile with them and friendly to the Scryers, where Draenei players will start out friendly with Aldor and hostile to Scryers.
To begin your quest for raising your reputation with the Aldors, you need to find Khadgar in Shattrath City, where you will get the first quest for either the Aldors or the Scryers. Don't worry – if you make your pick and decide later that you want to change, the choice is reversible. When you begin to earn your reputation with the Aldor, you'll find that your reputation with the Scryers will decrease by 10% each time you gain with Aldor, and most of your reputation with the Sha'tar will gain 50% when you gain with Aldor.
Start off with the quests that will get you honored quickly with Aldor, such as the repeatable quests. These are quests that you can get over and over again to continually raise your reputation with them.
Every other race will start out neutral though, so you need to start out getting the quests and doing all the daily ones to raise your reputation with them as quickly as you can. To begin this, you will need to find Khadgar in Shattrath City and choose the Aldor side. Keep in mind that when you choose Aldor and begin to raise your reputation with them, your reputation with Scryer will go way down.
You will want to start off with the repeatable quests that the Aldor quest givers offer that you can do daily. Some of the quests that you always want to pick up include the quests that will have you turn in different items to gain reputation points with Aldor, as these help your reputation jump quicker than you realize. One of the main items that you can get that you can turn in is the Marks of Kil'jaeden. You start off turning in 10 at a time for reputation, and then you move up to turning in 25 at a time. To go from friendly to honor with Aldor, you will need 250 Marks of Kil'jaeden to turn in for these quests.
After you have done your daily quests, grinded it out for Marks of Kil'jaeden, and turned them in for your reputation, and finally hit that awesome honored mark, then the game changes a bit. To move on toward the exalted mark with Aldor, you will now start turning in Marks of Sargeras just like you did the Marks of Kil'jaeden for your reputation.
To collect the daily quests, you must go through Shattrath City and pick them all up. Once you gather them up, start heading out and doing them. They do not take long, maybe around an hour if you just go out and do nothing but these daily quests.
